KP winnie 10mgs. I ran 50 mgs daily ad I was already using another sources and it worked just as well if not better.Great pumps, dry look, vascularity.Although it really dried out my joints to where I was popping amd cracking all the time it's a great product. So I upped my water intake and cut the dose back 20 mgs and it helped and that's seemed to be my sweet spot.
