At the moment running second pen. First pen started 4IUs ED and bumped to 6IUs. from week 2 level of sleep started getting better felt slight numbness in finger tips around week 3 then week 5 signs of fat loss and incredibly high recovery. In addition skin getting tighter veins are popping out. Week 6 i had a minor problem in my shoulder joint so took a complete rest but continued with 6 IUs/ED. On week 7 now workouts are amazing. Being cautious with shoulder presses and side laterals infact with any shoulder exercise i have reduced the weight 50%. Better to be safe.
