Letroxyl is an aromatase inhibitor anti-estrogen-like drug that works by blocking estrogen receptors. It is used in a clinical setting as a fallback medication when a primary medication fails in the treatment of female breast cancer. It has also seen off-label use as a fertility drug that stimulates the ovaries.
