Their is nothing better than pinning some Test Suspension and going to the gym. I'd normally use this product on back and leg day, at 50-100mgs. 100mgs is a little to much for me. I experienced very good focus and strength gains using this. Very little rest periods between sets. Good pumps and great workouts. Great addition to any cycle to add some intensity on heavy days. I also liked that it pins very smoothly using slin pins. I put .5 to 1cc n my trap,delt,and triceps w no issues at all. Great product.
